If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges under the following conditions. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges ✔️ Items must be returned within 14-30 days of delivery (choose your preferred timeframe). ✔️ Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. ✔️ Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect orders (wrong size, color, or design). ✔️ Exchanges are allowed for size or color changes, subject to availability. 2. Non-Returnable Items ❌ Custom or personalized t-shirts (unless defective). ❌ Clearance or final sale items. ❌ Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless a defect is reported upon receipt). 3. Return Process 📧 Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. 📦 Step 2: Ship the item back to us (return address provided in email). ⏳ Step 3: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. 4. Refunds & Store Credit ✔️ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice). ✔️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect). 5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your order at no extra cost. 6.
